<p><strong>Senior Pharmacist – Antimicrobial Stewardship &amp; Clinical Duties</strong></p> <p><strong>Purpose of the Role:</strong></p> <p>The Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) pharmacist will work as part of a progressive and dynamic Pharmacy Team to provide excellence in the care of paediatric patients across CHI under the general direction of the Pharmacist Executive Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of a robust antimicrobial stewardship (AMS) programme across CHI that aims to ensure safe and effective antimicrobial use and minimise antimicrobial resistance.
