Job Description - Achieve monthly sales targets in the financial year.
- Prospect in targeted segments using phone calls and face‑to‑face visits, meeting standards.
- Present and sell all personal banking products and services to potential customers in an ethical, structured, and professional manner.
- Manage relationships with approved companies by developing key contacts and relationships.
- Conduct micro‑marketing activities including kiosk activities and other direct marketing initiatives.
- Handle objections to enable customers to buy or the company to transfer payroll.
- Ensure end‑to‑end customer turnaround time (TAT) is met for all applications with quality adherence to target guidelines.
- Comply strictly with the bank’s policies regarding product, customer KYC, FATCA, AML/CTF and third‑party channel interactions.
