Position Overview
Responsibilities - Serve as a domain expert to help engineering, product, and design teams understand permitting and building code interpretation
- Review permit applications, plan sets, and AI-generated outputs to identify accuracy, omissions, or ambiguities
- Label applications and review examples to train and evaluate machine learning systems
- Synthesize jurisdiction-specific requirements and local amendments into clear internal guidance
- Help define approval/rejection criteria and create internal review rubrics and checklists
- Support product discovery, customer conversations, and go-to-market efforts as a subject matter expert
Requirements - 8+ years of hands‑on experience in permitting, plan review, plans examination, or code consulting
