Position Overview
The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Media) will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Leads the digital marketing strategy by identifying target audiences, anticipating customer needs, and monitoring competitive activity.
- Leads the planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO/SEM and social media.
- Ensures effective and consistent distribution of all digital marketing communications across internal and external channels.
- Designs and optimizes customer journeys and conversion funnels to maximize lead generation and conversion efficiency.
- Produces detailed performance reports, and provides actionable recommendations to improve digital marketing effectiveness.
