To support our people agenda we are looking for a Senior People Business Partner to operate as the senior strategic partner to the FGFS Executive and Senior Leadership Team, providing expert people insight, employment law guidance and organisational design capability that enables the commercial strategy. Acting as Deputy to the People & Culture Director, this role provides credible, autonomous leadership of the People function and is accountable for the delivery of complex OD programmes, data-led people strategy and legally robust people solutions across a regulated financial services environment.
