How you’ll add value:
Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data related to employee costs, including salaries, benefits, and other compensation-related expenses.Own the budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning and actual costs processes in all matters related to employee costsEnable leads to be constantly aware of their teams costs by developing and maintaining dashboards and reports.
