Senior Pensions Lawyer (Interim) – Leading Global Law Firm


We’re looking for a mid to senior Pensions lawyer to join our client, a leading global law firm, to support their Pensions team. You will be supporting with an increased workload and ongoing advisory and transactional work.



The Role



You’ll work as part of a respected Pensions practice, advising on a wide range of both advisory and transactional matters. This is a varied and client-facing role offering exposure to high-quality work.



Key responsibilities include:

Advising on defined benefit and defined contribution schemes, including governance and regulatory compliance

Supporting on corporate transactions, including M&A and restructurings

Assisting with de-risking projects such as buy-ins, buy-outs, and longevity swaps

Providing strategic insight on pensions risk management for sponsors and trustees
