About the Role

Balfour Beatty is recruiting a Senior P&C Design Engineer for the Power T&D team across the UK. The primary duty is designing the control and protection systems for electrical substation projects up to 400 kV. The role also covers General, Planning and Procurement responsibilities needed for substation project delivery. The position can be full‑time, part‑time (including job share) and offers a flexible working policy.

What you’ll be doing

General Responsibilities

• Ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with company quality, health & safety, environmental procedures and the business process manual.
• Contribute to the development and training needs of the design team as appropriate to skill level and experience.
