Role Description

4L Managed Accounting LLC is seeking a full-time, Senior Payroll Specialist with 6-10 years of experience in various payroll platforms with much of that experience within ADP Workforce. This is a 100% in office position working alongside an existing team of payroll specialists. The Senior Payroll Specialist will handle payroll processing for our law firm clients, including reviewing time entries, calculating payroll, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Responsibilities include managing garnishments, maintaining payroll tax accuracy, and addressing client inquiries related to payroll services. The Senior Payroll Specialist will review payroll processing from the team to ensure accuracy and will collaborate with internal departments to support the financial operations of law firm clients.
