Position Overview

As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you are the guardian of the “payday experience” for our teams across the UK and France. You will process payroll, bridge global strategy with local compliance, and optimize our Dayforce ecosystem. You turn payroll into a seamless superpower that fuels our global growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly payroll charge for the UK and France with 100% accuracy, ensuring every legislative filing from HMRC RTI to French DSN transmissions is executed perfectly.
• Act as the resident subject matter expert on regional nuances, from UK pension auto‑enrolment to French social charges, ensuring our relationships with URSSAF and HMRC are flawless.
• Serve as the regional champion for Ceridian Dayforce, driving system enhancements and ensuring the data bridge between our global HCM and payroll remains unbreakable.
