Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Professional to support a long-term project assignment through the end of the year. This role requires a hands-on payroll specialist with significant experience using ADP Workforce Now, strong multi-state payroll knowledge, and the ability to manage high-volume payroll processing in a complex environment. The position is fully onsite, five days a week, and is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can step in quickly and contribute with minimal training.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Process high-volume, multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule

+ Manage payroll for an employee population of 2,000+ employees

+ Use ADP Workforce Now extensively for payroll processing, reporting, auditing, and issue resolution

+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including California payroll requirements
