Ozz Electric is looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator to join the team!

ROLE

The Payroll Administrator is responsible for providing superior full‑cycle payroll administration for our unionized and office staff, including not limited balancing payroll, preparing required fillings and processing year‑end.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Full cycle payroll administration for payrolls located in Ontario, British Columbia and Washington USA including time data validation and import, payroll profile maintenance, retro calculations and ROE processing per Union collective Agreement and Electrician Apprenticeship Program.
• Responsible for Union reporting and inquiries.
• Coordinate with the Human Resources Department to maintain electrician’s level and retro increase accordingly.
