SENIOR PATENT EXECUTIVE – Mechanical Engineering Background

Job Description:

• Manage the prosecution of patent applications and draft submissions/arguments in response to patent office actions.
• Conduct search and analysis of patent documents to determine patent ability of inventions relating to the field of Mechanical Engineering
• Draft patent descriptions relating to the field of Mechanical Engineering
• Provide consultancy services to clients regarding patent rights in Malaysia in particular on patents, simple patents, trade secrets, patent ability opinions, FTO analysis and related patent advisory matters.
• Provide patent infringement analysis and preliminary infringement advice before the work is sent to Litigation Counsels (should there be a dispute in Court)
• Contribute articles and speak at seminars/webinars to increase awarene...
