Walmart Connect is seeking an experienced Senior Partner, Independent Agency Partnerships to drive strategic growth and adoption across a portfolio of high-potential Independent Agencies. This individual contributor role will serve as a senior business development leader responsible for cultivating executive-level relationships, accelerating revenue growth, and positioning Walmart Connect (WMC) as a long-term strategic partner within the Independent Agency ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, action-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently navigate complex organizations, influence C-suite stakeholders, and unlock incremental growth opportunities. This role requires deep expertise in retail media and digital advertising, along with the ability to build trusted partnerships that drive long-term business impact.
