Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents (affidavits, secretary certificates, quitclaims, contracts, memorandum of agreement, deeds, etc.)
- Prepare internal and external correspondences
- Meet with clients and buyers in escalated disputes, concerns, issues, etc.
- Act as permitting, licensing, and compliance officer
- Handle day‑to‑day concerns, inquiries, and legal procedures for property managers on site‑related issues
- Attend meetings, conciliations, and mediations with clients, buyers, HOA, Condominium Corporations, and local and national government agencies
- Coordinate with handling lawyers and firms for cases filed by and against the company
- Provide consistent legal assistance and support to all company departments to ensure lawful compliance
- Supervise the pull‑out and return of original copies of titles in the vault
