Role Description As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in both clinical excellence and leadership , working closely with our management and multidisciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities include: - Influencing and shaping innovative rehabilitation models using leading‑edge equipment and excellent facilities
- Overseeing rehabilitation services and contributing as part of the management team
- Assessing, evaluating, and identifying individualized rehabilitation needs
- Designing and implementing personalized rehabilitation programmes
- Monitoring and evaluating clients’ progress regularly
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop Individualised Care Plans from admission to discharge
- Ensuring full compliance with MOH regulations and documentation standards
