Our Client is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and competent Senior OD Business Partner. Duties & Responsibilities Change Management: Lead and facilitate organizational change efforts. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions during restructuring, process improvements, and cultural shifts; Leadership Development: Design and deliver leadership programs that empower managers and executives to lead effectively.
