Coordinate with tender pursuit teams to define responsibilities, inputs, and submission timelines. Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met. Review bid information and clarify responses from internal departments. Prepare and compile quotations and proposals in line with ITT requirements. Gather supporting documents from internal systems and shared drives. Act as the main point of contact with clients during bid and clarification phases. Coordinate and submit bid clarification responses on time. Ensure compliance with Quality and HSE policies and procedures.
