Key Responsibilities AI & Agentic Studio (Primary Focus)
Design and deploy intelligent HCM workflows using Oracle AI Agentic Studio: autonomous agents for recruitment screening, onboarding orchestration, and talent advisory
Leverage Oracle Generative AI Service to build context‑aware HR assistants, smart nudges, and predictive analytics dashboards
Integrate Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) with Fusion HCM for conversational AI interfaces: chatbots for employee self‑service, manager actions, and approvals
Configure AI‑powered features: Skills Advisor, Career Development AI, Dynamic Skills, Workforce Predictions, and HCM Communicate
Monitor agent performance and implement responsible AI guardrails within HR workflows
Redwood UX Personalization & Configuration
Implement and customize Redwood-based pages using Page Composer, Visual Builder Studio (VBS), and Application Composer
