WSP is seeking a Senior or Principal Ecologist to join our Christchurch team. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects, work on both local and global initiatives, and make a positive difference in the Earth and Environment sector.

About The Role

• Lead and manage ecological projects, from field surveys to data analysis and reporting
• Provide expert advice on environmental and ecological matters
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and WSP’s high standards
• Drive business development and contribute to the growth of our ecology services

About You

• Relevant tertiary qualification and ideally 9+ years of professional experience
