Our client is looking for a Senior Operator – Blue Zone for their production department.
The individual will be reporting to the Assistant Production Manager

Location: Cato Ridge – Render Plant

Purpose of the Role is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Blue Zone (clean side), including pot operations, batch processing, milling, packing, and coordination with intake to maintain production efficiency and product quality

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12


• Minimum 3 years’ operational or technical experience within a production/manufacturing environment


• Food Safety knowledge, specifically FSSC 22000


• Good understanding of production processes and quality standards


• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment


• Good communication and teamwork skills
