Our Sr Operations Manager, is responsible for all budgetary, people development and operations objectives for multiple facilities. Their responsibilities include managing and leading teams across various locations, coaching and mentoring to ensure performance objectives are met and building leadership bench strength within the organization. The leader in this role must be nimble, demonstrate high judgment, make quick decisions in the face of ambiguity, and be strong in innovation. In addition, they must lead their teams to have high Bias for Action, Ownership, and have the ability to Hire and Develop the Best.
