Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day coffee shop operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence
- Lead, supervise, and motivate outlet staff, including scheduling and manpower planning
- Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer feedback professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of supplies and products
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage cash handling, sales reporting, and operational costs
- Train and develop team members on operational procedures and service standards
- Work closely with management to implement promotions and improve operational performance
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue
