Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager handling O2C, Cash Application, and Collections
• Experience managing at least 100 FTEs
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig on a shifting schedule
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
