Job Summary

This role is responsible for the technical facilities management of the property, with a strong focus on electrical systems, ACMV, and core building services, including car park systems. The incumbent will support asset enhancement initiatives (AEI), manage technicians, and ensure all systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Facilities Management (FM)
• Oversee and ensure optimal operation of all M&E systems, including ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation), electrical installations (LV systems, switchboards, transformers, gensets), escalators and lifts, plumbing & sanitary systems, and car park systems (e.g., barrier gates, ticketing systems, season parking, guidance systems, CCTV integration)
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot and rectify technical faults in a timely manner
