About You

This role is responsible for analyzing and monitoring production costs to drive operational efficiency and profitability within a manufacturing environment. The Business Operations Analyst partners closely with plant leadership to deliver accurate product costing, maintain reliable inventory tracking, and generate actionable insights that inform strategic decision‑making. The role plays a key part in improving processes, ensuring inventory accuracy, and aligning plant operations with broader business objectives.

You Will

• Own Product Costing and Analysis
  • Develop product costs by SKU, including Bill of Material (BOM)
  • Implement numbering system for product SKUs to track product through the facility and shipments
  • Partner with plant management and finance to provide informative reports on plant costing
