Responsibilities
- Maintenance Admin: Raise reactive jobs from PPM faults, manage registers (warranties/handovers), configure system data, and prepare/submit accurate quotes.
- Cost Control: Audit contractor quotes against approved rate cards to ensure cost compliance.
- Compliance & Warranties: Schedule and document maintenance inspections, and coordinate Defects Liability Period (DLP) and warranty follow-ups.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the key contact point between the technicians, management, and subcontractors.
- Reporting & KPIs: Monitor performance against KPIs and generate operational data/PPM reports.
- General Admin: Manage shared inboxes, arrange travel/meetings, drive process improvements, and support the site team with ad‑hoc tasks.
