We are seeking a Senior OpenShift Subject Matter Expert to join our infrastructure engineering group. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing OpenShift clusters across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. The right individual will be a Red Hat expert with strong virtualization knowledge, deep experience in container platforms, and the ability to drive automation, scalability, and security across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and maintain OpenShift clusters in hybrid and on-prem environments with a focus on scalability, high availability, and performance.
• Develop and enforce best practices for OpenShift operations, cluster lifecycle management, and Day-2 support.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and upgrades using Ansible, Terraform, and IaC methodologies.
