About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Onsite Operations Lead to oversee the execution of our most important events. The role focuses on operational excellence in live environments, ensuring events run smoothly, teams perform at a high level, and partners feel confident throughout the execution. Responsibilities include translating operational plans into flawless on‑site execution, leading teams, enforcing standards, and taking control of situations when needed.
