Responsibilities

• Arrange, coordinate and prioritize daily warehouse work activities, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping, to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure a productive and cohesive working environment.
• Determine the most efficient use of storage space and implement proper shelving, labeling and arrangement of products to provide easy accessibility and systematic storage of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and audits.
• Implement proper handling procedures, train staff on safe material handling practices and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
