A prominent semi-government entity is looking to appoint a Senior Officer – Talent Acquisition to support nationalization strategy and high-volume recruitment initiatives. The role will focus on end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate functions, with strong exposure to Emiratization programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower planning requirements.
Drive Emiratization and national workforce development initiatives.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates across multiple job families.
Support employer branding, career fairs, and graduate development programs.
Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and compliance documentation.
