Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering or Textile Engineering.
2-3 years of relevant experience in cut-to-pack garment manufacturing operations.
Knowledge Areas: Production planning, Industrial Engineering (IE) techniques, 5S, line balancing, productivity improvement and garment manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily workflow across Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and Packing and execute the daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet shipment timelines.
- Ensure a steady flow of materials with inventory accuracy and reconciliation to prevent production delays.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to identify, track, and implement strategies to minimize rejection rates and wastages.
