We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical
Senior Officer – MIS
to support the Residential Leasing Department with data collection, reporting, dashboard updates, and market analysis.
The role will support the Business Intelligence function by consolidating data into clear, useful insights and helping the team maintain accurate and updated leasing information.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update dashboards with accurate and concise data Update availability and price lists for leasing agents Collect and consolidate data from Oracle, online portals, web services, and public sources Clean, organize, and convert data into reports and dashboards Support market research, rental trends analysis, competitor performance, and market positioning Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Legal, IT, and other internal departments for data consolidation Identify new processes, metrics, and technologies to improve reporting and department performance.
