AML Operations Officer The AML Operations Officer will focus on triage and respond to email queries and RFIs for the Centralised Support Team. The role also involves implementing mitigating controls to reduce financial crime risks and supporting overall AML compliance processes. Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities - Ensure timely triage and response to enquiries after careful assessment.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution of escalated cases.
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping in accordance with bank standards.
- Ensure all account closure activities comply with the bank’s established policies, procedures and controls.
- Place and reconcile mitigating controls to reduce AML risk exposure.
