Duties and Responsibilities Daily reports drawn for various processes Daily Petty cash management and report to HQ end of month Customer liaison (email and telephonic) Quotations Management of documents in process Follow-up of various documentation in process Adhoc tasks as required Stationery and office purchase from suppliers Management of company cars (services / tyres / licences) Ensuring fuel and travel logs are completed and submitted to HQ weekly Requirements Skills MS office (Excel / word) Fluent in English (written and spoken) Great Client Liaison skills Attributes Attention to detail Process driven and systematic Organisational and time management skillsTo apply, use the link:
