Serve as the site-level technical expert and coach in Lean, Six Sigma, and the AGILE Operating System (AOS), ensuring these methodologies are effectively applied and embedded at gemba.Build deep and sustainable Operational Excellence (OE) capability by coaching leaders, managers, OE Champions, and teams through hands-on application, enabling teams to solve problems and improve performance independently.Act as a partner to the OE Lead, translating strategic priorities and improvement themes into robust execution through OE methodsFoster a culture of disciplined problem solving, data-driven decision making, and continuous learning, aligned with site and global eAGILE/AOS principles.A.
