Design and implement multi-company architecture in Odoo.

Ensure proper data segregation and access control, smooth intercompany workflows without duplication, handle cross-company inventory and procurement flows.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with the IT department for system setup and integrations.
Coordinate with heads of multiple entities departments to align requirements across companies.
Ensure uniform processes where required, deliver tasks within timelines.
Act as a central point of contact for ERP across all companies.
Business Understanding & Process Alignment
Understand group-level and entity-level business needs.
