About the role:
You will be working as a Senior Occupational Therapist and will be responsible for;
To continuously assess, evaluate and review objectives and desired outcomes in collaboration with the patient, carers and multidisciplinary team. To have overall accountability for the planning and management of own specialised caseload of patients Undertake therapy assessments Provide therapeutic advice to patients, carers, and clinicians using evidence-based practice To provide planning around discharging patients in the MDT. To liaise and provide feedback on the patients who have been referred. Providing training to other healthcare professionals. About you:
