Perform the initial functional restoration assessment. Design and implements treatment plans and procedures Establishes rapport and develops therapeutic relationships with registrants/residents. Propose innovative strategies and techniques to improve the occupational therapy service. Conduct patient’s feedbacks to evaluate therapist’s attitude towards their treatment approach and customer satisfaction. Execute treatment programs in areas of motor function, facilitation techniques, & self-care skills. Qualifications and Experience: B.S. Occupational Therapy with 5-6 years as Occupational Therapist. Good written and communication skills Need to have proficient use of software systems for the maintenance of patient records
