We are recruiting for a Senior Nurse to join our newly formed Early Identification Service based in Bradford and surrounding areas. By sharing your nursing and palliative care expertise, you will have the chance to significantly influence and shape patient care in Bradford.

In this key role, you will work autonomously and manage your own caseload.
