2nd/3rd line network support role in the payments industry. TNS seeks a Technical Support Network Engineer (Operations) to bring troubleshooting skills to complex technical challenges. The role covers escalation support to TNS Financial markets, Payment markets and core network infrastructure teams.
Responsibilities
- Support resolution of escalated service incident tickets; support major incident management; incident root cause analysis; problem management resolution.
- Network maintenance.
- Providing on‑call support (rota based) and occasional out of hours work.
- Support for disaster recovery activities.
- Provide training, knowledge transfer and ongoing support to TNS Global Service Support Centre technicians.
- Support evolution of documentation and processes.
