NOC engineers handle monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of networks using Juniper routers, Accedian performance assurance devices, MikroTik routers, and PacketLight optical transponders across MPLS, DWDM, and OTU2 infrastructures. They ensure reliable data transport, Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), Internet Service Provider (ISO likely a variant or Dedicated ISO services), BGP routing, and MPLS VPN services in 24/7 operation
