Responsibilities

• Identify gaps and deficiencies in the current network architecture and operations, propose improvement plans, and drive implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, including RCA (Root Cause Analysis), performance tuning, and incident management.
• Manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems (configuration, maintenance, and security hardening).
• Design, implement, and maintain data center and workplace network environments.
