Monitor and verify all firewalls, proxies, and associated equipment as needed;
Maintain and organize reporting information and documentation on current technology for review by management;
Produce and maintain detailed documentation at various levels for all Checkpoint, Fortinet, F5, Infoblox, McAfee, and Bluecoat;
Provide daily support and deployment of systems related to firewalls, proxies, DNS, and load balancers for the Americas region;
Perform routine maintenance operations for all systems, including operating system updates, hardware repairs, etc.;
Work closely with the IT security team to implement, verify, and review security policies;
Adhere to the controls, policies, and procedures defined by ITP to proactively manage IT risks, enhance predictability in core operations, minimize impact on the production environment, and improve stability and visibility through documentation;
