The Role

As a Senior Monitoring Analyst you will be responsible for the design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise monitoring and vulnerability management solutions.

Day-to-day, you’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring proactive issue detection, performance optimisation, and integration of monitoring with incident and patch management workflows.

Your responsibilities will include:

Acting as a monitoring subject matter expert, influencing monitoring strategy, standards, and best practices across the organisation

Maintaining tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk and Azure Monitor

Continuously evaluating and recommending enhancements to monitoring toolsets, including emerging technologies and open-source platforms

Leading cross-functional monitoring projects, including toolset upgrades, integrations, and service improvements
