At Blue Light Card, we exist to make heroes happy, and that starts with truly understanding them.

As a Senior Mixed Methods Researcher, you'll play a key role in helping us do just that. Working within our established research function, you'll combine UX research and market insight to uncover what really matters to our members - from how they behave, to what they value, to where we can do better.

You'll partner closely with teams across Product, Design, Marketing and Data, helping shape decisions that impact millions of people who keep the country running. This is a role for someone who loves digging into complex questions, connecting the dots and turning insight into action.
