Senior Ministerial Services Advisor

Permanent full‑time position based in our central Wellington offices. Salary range: $85,537 - $101,911 plus Kiwisaver and wellness benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and draft replies to ministerial products including DOIAs, MOIAs, Ministerial correspondence, Privacy requests, Ombudsman requests and written parliamentary questions.
• Collaborate with branches across the Strategy and Assurance business group and other MBIE business groups to source information and advice.
• Contribute to team processes to ensure consistent and quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Experience leading and writing responses to OIAs, Privacy Act requests, Ministerial correspondence, WPQs, and Ombudsman requests.
