Balfour Beatty is recruiting a Senior Methods Engineer to join our growing central Methods Engineering Team within the Technical Services Department. This role will support major and complex infrastructure projects across the transport and energy sectors, providing expert construction methodology input through bid, pre-construction and early delivery stages.
As a Senior Methods Engineer, you will lead the development of optimised construction solutions for projects valued between £25m and £1bn+ . Working collaboratively with project teams, designers and the supply chain, you will shape construction methodology, sequencing, logistics and temporary works strategies to drive safe, efficient and low‑carbon delivery. The role offers flexibility on location, with travel required to support projects as needed.
