What you’ll be doing:

• Fabricating and welding a variety of metalwork to a high standard
• Working from plans with a strong focus on accuracy and precision
• Problem‑solving and ensuring work meets exact specifications
• Leading by example on site - safe, efficient, and tidy
• Mentoring junior team members and sharing practical know-how

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a senior welder/fabricator
• Strong technical skills across MIG/TIG/Stick welding
• SMAW welding certification (nationally recognised), or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret drawings with a high level of accuracy
