Position Overview
Mission : Own and scale profitable Meta ads for GNO Partners, consistently generating qualified, show-up calls within target costs at $50k+/month ad spend, while improving funnel performance over time.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Meta Media Buyer who has been in the trenches. Someone who has personally managed significant ad spend on Meta, built and scaled call funnels, application funnels, and lead magnet funnels for coaching businesses, agencies, or B2B clients. This is not a set it and forget it role. You'll own the strategy, run the campaigns, interpret the data, and bring clear recommendations directly to leadership.
Key Outcomes (first 3–6 months)
Hit weekly call volume targets agreed with founder (e.g. X qualified calls/week) without tanking lead quality.
